Tai Chi is an ancient art involving postures, breathing, and movements to enhance the flow of energy, or chi, throughout and around the body. It is based on the concepts of yin and yang, the dynamic balancing of opposites, and the rhythms of the natural world. Tai chi is a mind-body practice originally developed as a martial art, and now widely practiced for its many health and wellness benefits.
