11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Suitable for beginners, this 1-hour class includes centering, warm-ups, and gentle yoga postures to help you stretch, strengthen, and tone your body while calming your mind. Most students feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of class.
Fee: $15.00 per class, so the monthly fee for the full session varies, depending on the number of Wednesdays in the month. (For example, 4 Wednesdays = $60.00)
Registration required.
