Gentle flow yoga with Kathleen Young is a one-hour class that incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Each class ends with a period of relaxation.
This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape, or size. No experience or flexibility required. Kathleen is a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching for over 20 years.
Fee: $15.00 per class; you must register for each class individually
