Join instructor Kezia Bacon for 5 sessions of yoga in the month of March, 2023.
Suitable for beginners, this 1-hour class includes centering, warm-ups, and gentle yoga postures to help you stretch, strengthen, and tone your body while calming your mind. Most students feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of class.
Kezia (pronounced Kee-za) is a Kripalu-Certified Yoga Instructor who has been teaching since 1997.
