Thursday Night Artist & Author Talks
Thursdays | 5—7 p.m.
Join us for an evening of art, conversation, and community at the Art Complex Museum.
The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a reception and light refreshments. On the third Thursday of each month, enjoy Opening Notes, a performance series featuring students from South Shore Conservatory.
From 6—7 p.m., featured artists and authors will share insights into their work through a series of talks, offering a deeper look at the ideas, processes, and inspirations behind the exhibitions.
The museum remains open until 8 p.m., so be sure to stay and explore the exhibitions after the talks.
Admission is free and all are welcome.

Sunday Slow Looking
In a world that moves fast, some things deserve a second look — and a third. Sunday Slow Looking is a guided group experience that invites you to settle in, quiet the noise, and spend time with one or two of the works on view at the museum. You don’t need to know anything about art to do this. All are welcome.

Art Hunt Bingo!
Explore Art Complex like never before with Art Hunt Bingo, a guided tour that doubles as a bingo game for the whole family.
As our “caller” leads the group from gallery to gallery, sharing stories and surprising details about the art along the way, keep your eyes open: each object called out is one your family can check off on your bingo card. Look closely, listen for the clues, and see who spots it first.
This is a game for all ages, and everyone is welcome to play together as a family. The first group to complete a full row shouts “Bingo!” and wins a prize, and the first to fill their entire card wins a second prize — so there’s plenty of reason to stay sharp all the way to the end.
Once the tour wraps up, the fun continues right into the Art Cart, where the group heads to the studio for a hands-on art-making activity to cap off the afternoon.
Bingo cards will be provided at the start of the tour — just bring your curiosity (and maybe a lucky charm).
